Job Description Job Description Description: Facilities Technician Greentree, PA | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7 AM–3:30 PM NAI Burns Scalo is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Facilities Technician to support commercial buildings within 20 minutes radius of our Greentree office. What You’ll Do Repair and maintain facilities according to safety and preventive maintenance standards by representing NAI Burns Scalo in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours Handle light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Conduct regular inspections & identify preventative maintenance needs Coordinate with vendors (janitorial, HVAC, snow removal, etc.) Ensure all work is completed safely and to our high standards Requirements: What You Bring 4 years of maintenance experience (commercial preferred) Working knowledge of building systems and repairs High school diploma or GED required; tech certifications a plus OSHA 10 certification; preferred.
