Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs. Repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and other structural elements as needed. Perform painting, caulking, and other cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance.
