Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of CRM & Lifecycle
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across
various channels
Manage campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on
metrics like conversion and retention
Develop segmentation strategies and leverage data for performance
measurement and reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in email/CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing
within the consumer category
Experience with modern ESPs, particularly Klaviyo, and Google
Analytics
Familiarity with HTML and CSS; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a
plus
Experience in content personalization and managing the customer
lifecycle
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
startup environment
