Job Description:
Administrative Assistant Our client is a growing small business,
dedicated to providing high-quality products/services to our valued

and a positive work culture. We are currently seeking a motivated
and organized Administrative Assistant to join the team and provide
essential support to ensure smooth daily operation. As an
Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of
administrative tasks and providing support to various departments
within the company. Your attention to detail, strong organizational
skills, and ability to multitask will be critical in maintaining
efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter
who takes initiative, possesses excellent communication skills, and
can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone
calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a
professional and welcoming environment
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using
Microsoft Office or other software as required
- Maintain and update company files, records, and databases,
ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring
availability for daily operations
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing
invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling receipts
- Assist with HR-related tasks as needed, including maintaining
employee records, managing timesheets, and supporting recruitment
efforts
- Support event planning and coordination for company meetings,
training sessions, or special events Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or
certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a
similar role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen
attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
and maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work
independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks and software is
preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a
