Advocate III Location: Lewisville, TX (Fully Onsite) Pay: $26.40 –
$33.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are
seeking an experienced and high-performing Outbound Sales Advocate
III to lead member engagement and drive sales success at our
Lewisville, TX location. This fully onsite role is ideal for a
seasoned financial services professional who excels in consultative
sales, operational excellence, and team leadership. As an Outbound
Sales Advocate III, you will play a critical role in exceeding
sales expectations while maintaining a strong command of
operational processes, including audits, compliance, and business
account maintenance. You will cultivate and deepen member
relationships through high-quality consultative service, while also
supporting team development by modeling best practices and
reinforcing positive sales behaviors. Key Responsibilities •
Conduct proactive outbound sales and service calls to support
business development initiatives • Build and strengthen member
relationships through consultative needs assessment and tailored
financial solutions • Consistently exceed individual and team sales
and service performance goals • Process transactions, update
accounts, open new accounts, and assist with loan applications •
Maintain strong adherence to operational policies, audits, and
compliance standards • Support business account maintenance and
operational accuracy • Provide exceptional member service aligned
with credit union standards • Mentor new hires, participate in peer
shadowing, and share best practices to enhance team performance •
Reinforce a positive sales culture and act as a role model for
peers • Participate in credit union-sponsored community events
based on business needs • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all
member interactions meet regulatory and internal guidelines What
Matters Most for Success • Strong punctuality and professionalism,
especially in outbound member engagement • Advanced consultative
sales and communication skills • Deep understanding of financial
products, services, and credit union goals • Ability to assess
member financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Proven
ability to consistently exceed sales targets • Strong knowledge of
compliance, audits, and operational procedures • High attention to
detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions • Effective
mentoring, training, and peer development skills • Sound judgment,
discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential
situations Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a
financial services call center • Must be able to work onsite in
Lewisville, TX five days per week • Willingness to attend credit
union-sponsored community events as needed • Strong cross-selling
and telemarketing skills • Excellent member service, interpersonal,
written, and telephone communication skills • Proven training,
shadowing, and peer mentoring experience • Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong
knowledge and understanding of financial products and services •
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet
applications • High level of confidentiality and professionalism •
Effective verbal and written communication skills Work Environment
