Job Description Job Description Accounting Lead/ Accounting Manager | Direct Hire | $100,000-105,000 | Elyria, OH | On-Site A well-established, growing small business is seeking an experienced individual to lead all accounting & financial operations and support long-term stability, scalability, and growth. This executive-level role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to guide the organization’s financial direction. The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership experience, strategic insight, and a hands-on approach within an operational environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance Develop and implement financial strategies that support sustainable growth and scalability Manage risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance activities Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support decision-making Monitor cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and business planning Required/ Preferred Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field CPA and/or MBA preferred Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles Strong expertise in financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting Advanced analytical skills with the ability to forecast trends and assess performance Proven leadership and team management capabilities Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Software integration experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive executive-level compensation, based on experience Great benefits package PTO and recognized holidays Your Career Partner The Reserves Network (TRN) connects skilled Accounting, Finance, and Administrative professionals with top employers nationwide.
