• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Review Phocas financials and audit for inconsistencies with Eclipse
• Reconcile and monitor unbilled Accounts Payable
• Update and maintain lease files
• Update and maintain insurance files, including prepaids
• Assist branch auditors as requested
• Assist with entering and reviewing fixed assets
• Other duties as assigned -Required Experience and Skills: -
  • Junior or Senior actively enrolled in a 4-year college accounting program
  • Strong personal computer, Outlook, and Excel skills -
  • Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management -
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work -
